Vani Vidhyalaya School

Introduction

Vani Vidyalaya was a dream of Mr.P.K Duraisamy, Managing Director, ARC group of companies to provide education to underpriviledged children at an affordable cost. His dream came true when he started Vani Vidhyalaya Nursery & Primary School in the year 1998. The nursery school opened with 12 students. In the year 2006 the primary sections were started. Since then our strength has grown considerably and currently we have a healthy student teacher ratio of 20:1.

The co-curricular activities we provide in our school are yoga and dance. To inspire students and enhance their participation we conduct exhibitions in the school. We take them on educational field trips and every year the children and teachers go for a day of fun and enjoyment to a tourist destination.

Students also participate in competitions and programmes conducted in the city. We follow activity-based learning. We use both audio and visual mediums of education. The library in our school provides our children the opportunity to learn more than what has been taught to them in their classrooms. The computer lab provides the students the means to hone their skills in this age of technological boom.

We at Vani Vidhyalaya are committed to the cause of providing a holistic experience to the child at a very early age.
