ARC forayed into the packaged water business in the year 2004 with the launch of its brand "AQUAPURAA". It is certified by Bureau Of Indian Standards ( BIS) under IS code IS 14543 : 2004 bearing Certified Mark License number : CM/L:6439982. It also has club soda under the same brand name.

Location Advantage

ARC AQUAPURAA Packaged Drinking Water and Club Soda is processed in the foothills of the Kodaikkanal Hills in Palani. It is surrounded by lush green vegetation and atmosphere which is pure and pollution free.

Production Design

All our products are packed in Pet bottles and Pet cans.

Technology Used

We are packing our product water under BIS standard IS: 14543:2004. The technologies used are Reverse Osmosis, Ultra Violet treated and ozonation.

Process Followed

Chlorination : Bacterial Disinfection
Sand Filter : Removal of sediment particles
Carbon Filter : To give Odor Free Water
Reverse Osmosis : To get chemically Balanced Water
Micron Filter : Filters the Bacteria
Ultra Violet Light : Kills the Bacteria
Ozonation : Gives Purity, crystal clear, Taste and Self life to our Water. It disinfects 3000 times faster than chlorine.

Production Planning and Control Procedure

Our plant has the production capacity of 16,000 liters per day. We have a state of the art chemical lab in which the Water is analyzed by well advanced and sophisticated Lab equipments. Stringent hygienic conditions are followed as per BIS.

Quality Policy & Type of Quality Control

PRELIMINARY

Each and every bottles and cans are inspected. It ensures a crystal clear and foreign particle free water.

CHEMICAL ANALYSIS

As per BIS standards each batch samples are monitored by our chemist.

MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

Stringent hygienic conditions are followed inside our premises. The samples kept in our premisesare put under stringent quality checks under the microbiological standards before dispatch.
